| [[Social media]] is a parasitic, demonic entity which drains the souls of [[you|computer users]], reducing their intelligence and empathy until they become little more than living corpses, seeking only immediate gratification in an endless loop until they walk mindlessly into the grave. It turns art into content, politics into fascism, and relationships into [[surprise|pornography]]. A tiny fraction of the energy of its terrible swath of destruction is channeled into enriching the pockets of the system's owners- sinister, depraved alien intelligences who have long since abandoned any sense of humanity, if they ever had it. Like the ring of Sauron, any attempt to use its power is ultimately subverted to serve its own ends, shriveling the user's brain like a slug exposed to salt, engorging the great machine with the vital essence of its victim, and empowering it to stalk ever more innocents in the night. | [[Social media]] is a parasitic, demonic entity which drains the souls of [[you|computer users]], reducing their intelligence and empathy until they become little more than [[Johnny|living corpses]], seeking only immediate gratification in an endless loop until they walk mindlessly into the grave.
